The fringed top in this Insta-video is exploding on the Cabo fashion scene. Before heading off, I’d mainly seen the fringe look on Victoria’s Secret bikinis. But here in Mexico, babes on beaches and in clubs and restaurants are all about it. Expect to see this trend in vogue as spring heats up!!
