Everywhere I look, I see articles on how to lose ten pounds, tone up, and look better. Although those are worthy goals, where are the articles on how to be happy with yourself? Lately, I’ve been focusing on developing healthier habits while not beating myself up for falling short of perfection. I’ve been trying to do what is right for me without worrying about what others think I should be doing. And I’ve discovered that I improve even more when I enjoy every day and refuse to fall into the trap of thinking that life won’t really start until I reach my goals.
