Calling All Flirts!

January, 16, 2012

Calling FlirtsTomorrow is my last day here in sunny LA. Then I return to Seattle where it’s snowing! Rachna, Chris, and Sarah from London asked me to make a video about how to meet men in cold weather…and I can’t think of a better time to film this than in the snow:) I’d love to hear any cold weather man-meeting tips you all have for the video!

  1. Rachna says:

Chris Boyle , Sarah Teacher and I are deliriously excited about this, Katherine! It’s so cold here, I’ve got my long johns on! xx

  2. Jason says:

I drove Julie home in a snowstorm on our first date. That won me some points. Fortunately we didn’t get stuck in the snow, or I would have lost points when she had to push me out.

  3. Michelle says:

Well this sounds like an exciting video! I have been thinking about how I met men while at school during the cold winter in Rexburg, and I think some of the best ways was through mutual friends or joining a fun club. I joined the activities club at school.

  4. Michelle says:

I just asked my brother and he said to pull your car over to the side of the road and wait for single cute men to come along and rescue you.

  5. Taylor says:

I can’t wait to see this video! Since I’m leaving for my semester in France next week and it will be COLD, I’d love some fun flirty cold weather tips! After all, I do think winter is the most romantic season! 🙂

  6. Sonya says:

Ok here’s some. Meeting men in cold weather: girls shouldn’t go around in packs. Guys want to approach girls who are alone or with one other girl. Make urself available. Get hot cocoa alone. Go to social places. Even if the guy hitting on u isn’t your type but close enough, I’m sure he has some friends near by that are. So don’t dismiss an invite. In cold weather go iceskating with a group. You’ll be sure to find a group of guys waiting to flirt with. If you can stand it don’t bring gloves. It’s a good way to borrow a clothing item and have to return it later. Out door hot springs are good too.

  7. Sara says:

Throw a snow ball at a guy you want to meet. It’s a playful way to get his attention.
